Outlaw – Week 11 Reviewed, Week 12 Planning

Week 11 Reviewed
Despite best efforts of a plan made last week, I completely forgot about a conference being attended for work which scuppered a bit of midweek training, and forced me into working a bit harder over the weekend. Fortunately today is a rest day to recover, and a little normality might resume this week.

According to Fink there was an aim for the standard 8 sessions (2 swim, 3 bike, 3 run). Unfortunately with limited access to the pool I missed 1 swim session, but managed to squeeze in an extra bike.

Mon Spin – 40 minutes (~12 miles)
Tue Rest Day
Wed Long Run – 7.5 Miles
Thu Run – 4 Miles & Swim (1.35 Miles)
Fri Cycle to Work (20 Miles)
Sat Long Ride – 35 Miles
Sun Brick – 10 M Cycle / 2.5M Run

Totals : Swim (1 hour, 1.35 Miles), Bike (5hr 30m – 80 Miles), Run (2hr 30m – 14 Miles)

Week 12 Planning
Hopefully a more standard week coming up – at this point I’m certainly not aware of any prior commitments! Only decision I’ve got is what cycling to take part in over the weekend – there is a potentially a sportive taking place, or options exist with both the cycling club and (strangely) people from the running club!
