Janathon Day 16 – Day of (Near) Rest

Quick post as its later than I thought. Just got back from my triathlons club AGM, which seemed to go on for much longer than required. Anyway…

Mondays is typically my day of rest, although I’m considering altering this from next week to get a turbo and swim session in. But in keeping with Janathon – a 2 minute plank and the #legchallenge as part of #fitteam12.
