Not feeling quite right at the moment. Not ill, but not that energetic either. With this in mind I decided to have a lie-in this morning (working from home, so no need to commute in). and reduced my planned 5 mile run down to 4 miles. Ended up cutting it short at just shy of 3.7 miles. Legs felt fine going downhill, but weren’t really prepared to give on the flats or uphill.
Think its all nothing – another good nights sleep and hopefully everything will be right again!
