Janathon Day 10–First Brick Session of 2015

After yesterdays over-doing things and this weeks schedule showing 1 bike and 2 run sessions to do, I made a sensible decision to combine the bike and run today into a brick session (bike, quick shoe change, run).

Normally my runs are a minute per mile below my normal run pace, although admittedly my bike was fairly short today (7 miles). I managed to hold very low 8 minute mile pace – so happy days at this moment in time – albeit for just shy of 2 miles.
